Service Description

The muscles of the jaw and inner cheek are among the most chronically overworked in the body. Clenching, grinding, stress, and habitual expression patterns create deep fascial tension that no topical treatment or surface massage can reach. Buccal massage works from the inside, intraoral technique targeting the masseter, buccinator, and pterygoid muscles to release deep-seated tension, restore blood flow to the lower face, and redefine the jawline and cheekbones by releasing the puffiness and holding patterns that mask their structure. This is a sophisticated, clinical treatment that produces results that clients often describe as visible in the mirror within 24 hours. Particularly effective for TMJ sufferers, chronic jaw clenchers, and clients seeking genuine facial sculpting without injectables. Includes Intraoral buccal massage External jaw and neck release Lymphatic drainage sequence Contouring mask LED light therapy

Cancellation Policy

Booking Esthetics Appointments: 1. Esthetics appointments — including facials, body sculpting, contrast therapy, and laser hair removal — are booked as individual sessions or through a treatment package. All appointments require advance booking. 2. Your intake form must be completed before your first appointment in each treatment category. This is especially important for body sculpting, laser hair removal, and contrast therapy, which involve specific contraindications that we screen for in advance. 3. If your intake form reveals a condition that affects your treatment — such as pregnancy, a recent surgical procedure, active skin infection, certain medications, or cardiovascular conditions — your esthetician will reach out to discuss modified options or an appropriate deferral. Cancellations & Rescheduling: 1. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an esthetics appointment. 2. Cancellations with 24 or more hours’ notice: your booking credit is returned in full, or your appointment is rescheduled at no charge. 3. To reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly. We will always do our best to find you an alternative time that works. 4. No-shows for esthetics appointments are charged 100% of the treatment value. Treatment rooms are prepared and practitioners are scheduled based on confirmed bookings. 5. If you need to cancel and are within the 24-hour window, please still contact us. A late cancellation fee is better for everyone than a no-show charge, and it allows us to offer the time to another client. Pre-Treatment Guidelines: 1. Specific pre-treatment instructions will be included in your booking confirmation for relevant services. Please follow them carefully — they exist to protect your skin and ensure you get the best possible result. Consent and Informed Agreement: 1. Before certain treatments — including laser hair removal, dermaplaning, body sculpting, buccal massage, and contrast therapy — you will be asked to sign an informed consent form. This form confirms that you have been made aware of the procedure, its intended outcomes, and any relevant risks. 2. Consent is obtained at your first appointment for each treatment category and updated whenever there are material changes to the procedure or to your health history. 3. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, including during a treatment. Please communicate any discomfort or concern to your practitioner directly.
