Our Classes

First Flow   ( Beginner )

There is no better place to begin. First Flow is designed specifically for clients who are new to Reformer Pilates or returning after a long time away. The movements are foundational, the pace is unhurried, and every exercise is explained clearly before you do it. This is not a simplified class. It is a complete, purposeful session that builds the body awareness and movement vocabulary you will carry into every class that follows. Expect to feel muscles you didn’t know you had, and leave with a genuine sense of what the Reformer can do.

Core & Control  ( All Levels )

Core & Control is a focused, technically precise class built around the deep stabilising muscles of the core, spine, and pelvis. The pace is measured and deliberate. This is not a class where you count the seconds until it ends. It’s a class where you discover what genuine core engagement actually feels like, and what changes when you find it. Open to all levels, with modifications available throughout. The client who has been practising for two years will find something new here alongside the client in their third week.

Sculpt & Ignite ( Intermediate - Advanced) 

Sculpt & Ignite brings elevated tempo and real resistance to a full-body toning session. Props are in rotation, light weights, resistance bands, the magic circle and the sequences are built to keep your muscles under sustained, intelligent tension. This is a class you feel. Not because it punishes you, but because it demands something genuine and gives you something real in return. The energy in the room is high, the transitions are purposeful, and you will leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Tone & Ignite ( Intermediate - Advanced )

Tone & Ignite focuses where it matters most the deep abdominals and the posterior chain with precision, pulsing sequences, and a deliberate accumulation of intensity that builds throughout the session. Every rep has a purpose. Every set is designed to take you to the edge of the muscle’s capacity and hold you there just long enough to create real change. Clients who take this class consistently describe a quality of connection to their bodies that no other class produces. Challenging, specific, and quietly addictive.
