The most extended contrast experience on the menu — three hot/cold cycles with additional recovery time in Reset’s lounge between rounds. The extended format allows a deeper physiological response: the nervous system has more time to process each cycle, the recovery windows allow full temperature normalisation before the next immersion, and the overall session produces a depth of restoration that the shorter formats approach but do not quite reach. Includes access to aromatherapy and recovery refreshments — electrolyte drink and herbal tea — as part of the lounge experience. Cancellation Policy
Booking Your Appointment All services at Reset — Pilates classes, esthetics treatments, IV therapy, acupuncture, contrast therapy, and body sculpting — must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. To ensure you get the time, practitioner, and service you want, we strongly recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. First-time clients for esthetics, acupuncture, IV therapy, and body sculpting are required to complete an intake form before their appointment can be confirmed. Your booking is not fully secured until your intake form is on file. Instructions will be sent to you automatically after booking. Founding members receive priority booking access — your window opens before general availability each week.
