Service Description

Sculpt & Ignite brings elevated tempo and real resistance to a full-body toning session. Props are in rotation — light weights, resistance bands, the magic circle — and the sequences are built to keep your muscles under sustained, intelligent tension. This is a class you feel. Not because it punishes you, but because it demands something genuine and gives you something real in return. The energy in the room is high, the transitions are purposeful, and you will leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

CLASS BOOKING 1.Reformer Pilates classes at Reset are small by design. Our studio runs a maximum of 8 reformers per class. That cap exists to ensure your instructor can give each client meaningful attention, correct form safely, and maintain the standard of teaching that makes Reset Pilates worth your time. 2. Classes must be booked in advance. Each booking holds one reformer. Members book through their member portal; single-session guests book through the public booking page. 3. Founding members have priority booking access. Your booking window opens 72 hours before a class; general booking opens 48 hours before. CANCELLATIONS & LATE CANCELLATIONS 1. We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a Pilates class. 2. Cancellations made with 12 or more hours’ notice: your class credit is returned in full and can be used for any future booking. 3. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice: the class credit is forfeited. We understand that life happens, and we do not take this lightly. However, last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from filling the spot — and our instructors prepare for the number of clients confirmed. 4. If you need to cancel and it is within the 12-hour window, please still cancel your booking rather than simply not showing up. It allows us to offer the spot to waitlisted guests and keeps your account in good standing. 5. We extend a one-time grace cancellation per membership term for clients who have been with us for three months or more. This is applied at our discretion and is not automatic. NO SHOWS 1. A no-show occurs when a client does not attend their booked class and does not cancel in advance. No-shows result in full forfeiture of the class credit. 2. Three or more no-shows within a 60-day period may result in a temporary hold on advance booking privileges. We will always communicate with you directly before any account action is taken. 3. If you are running late and believe you may miss your class, please contact us. We cannot guarantee entry after class has begun, as late arrivals disrupt the session for others. ARRIVING FOR CLASS 1. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class begins. This gives you time to store your belongings, get settled on your reformer, and connect with your instructor before the session starts. 2. Classes begin on time and cannot be paused for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes after class start time may not be admitted.
